產品詳情

LinkSwitch-XT2 將 725 V / 900 V 功率 MOSFET、振盪器、簡單的開/關控制設計、高電壓切換式電流源、頻率抖動、週期性電流限制與過熱關機電路整合在一個單晶片 IC 上。啟動和運作時的功率直接由汲極接腳產生，因此免除了偏壓繞組及相關的電路。
